A person is considered fully vaccinated in Ontario if they have received either of the following:

  • the full series of a COVID-19 vaccine authorized by Health Canada, or any combination of such vaccines (two doses of Moderna, Pfizer-BioNTech, AstraZeneca, including COVISHIELD) in any combination or one dose of Janssen (Johnson & Johnson)

  • three doses of a COVID-19 vaccine not authorized by Health Canada

  • a final dose of the COVID-19 vaccine at least 14 days before providing the proof of being fully vaccinated.

Find out what vaccines are authorized by Health Canada: https://www.canada.ca/en/health-canada/services/drugs-health-products/covid19-industry/drugs-vaccines-treatments/vaccines.html

All attendees, exhibitors, presenters and COO employees, must show a paper or digital, government-issued enhanced vaccine certificate with a QR code. Given the numbers of individuals coming from across Ontario, we strongly encourage participants to wear masks (KN95, N95, or surgical masks) throughout the event.

Ontario’s vaccine certificate with QR code is an electronic record of your COVID-19 vaccination. To access your COVID-19 vaccine certificate, please visit: https://covid-19.ontario.ca/get-proof/. To learn more about the Verify Ontario mobile app, please visit: https://covid-19.ontario.ca/verify.
